Return & Refund Policy

We care about the quality of our jewelry and your satisfaction. Our return policy covers damaged products and size issues.
Eligible Returns
- Damaged/Defective Product: Received damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Size Issue: The product does not fit as expected (rings, bangles, etc.).
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in original condition (tags, certificates, packaging).
Non-returnable Items
- Change of mind or style/design dislike
How to Initiate a Return

- Include order number, issue description, and photos.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged/Defective: Free pickup or shipping reimbursement.
- Size Issues: Buyer covers return shipping. Exchange/resizing available.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges/resizing shipped within 2–4 business days after return approval.
